Kormurluk Beach Clubs

I see that there is a concrete pump pouring a new roof slab this morning to what looks like a new beach club in Kormurluk between the Patara Prince and the Palm beach Clubs. Can anyone confirm as to whether this is a  new beach club?

I know there is a villa that is available through Exclusive Escapes that has it''s own "beach front" there and the website indicates they will be extending that for the new season...? Might be that 
Perhaps the new Mayor needs to take a look

sounds like tekin''s and halit''s villa? they have one around that area that they rent out with exclusive escapes

This could be the one where the mayor did indeed take a look and told them to stop work as it was illegal and too near the sea

It is definitely Halit''s villa I''m referring to. I understood from another thread that the Mayor had allegedly stopped work in Kisla? This villa already has its own "beach" front, I think the plan was to extend that along to one of their other villas which is situated "next door". I''m not sure how the mayor could stop this work if the platforms already exist, but it''s really good to know he''s not adverse to tackling this issue.

Of course there''s always a chance that we are jumping to conclusions here and there is in fact a new beach club being built as KK suggests...or the start of the promenade perhaps ?

Yes this new ''club'' is definitely private to the Mavi Koy villa and it looks like Halit has already built the foundations for a jetty / beach club for the next door villa.  Planting, concrete pooring & marble laying took place all over the easter break.  Need to pop back in May / June to see how it all ends up & whether Mavi Koy gets exclusive use
