KAPSA UPDATE

We have started this winter very positively, with an enjoyable Coffee morning, a successfull GA meeting, support from the Mayor, and a new vet in Kalkan that is both experienced and willing to work with owned and street animals alike. In the last 6 weeks we have been able to neuter nearly 80 animals and have initiated a winter feeding program on a much wider scale than ever before.
Thanks to everyone for their donations and words of encouragement it really makes a difference!

Any threads about the street animals of Kalkan always gets a lot of "hits" and it is good to know that EK members can now give their support directly to Kapsa or indeed raise an issues directly with the charity.
I have modified your post so that people can click on the website address to get to it from your post. The web site looks very professional and I really like the Diary.

 Super news, and glad to hear about the English bank account. I am sure I speak for many that although we are back in England you ,plus the rest of your ''team''  are not forgotten for the brilliant work you are doing for the street animals. I often wonder what the cat community are doing. Our cat at present is stretched out in front of the log burner toasting every part of her anatomy. Freezing cold in England roll on next summer .........................
