INFO ON KALKAN PLEASE

Hi all
I am totally new to this website.  Very excited about going to Kalkan for the 1st time in 2 weeks.  We wanted some info on whether to take sterling with us, Turkish Lira and some info on the best restaurants to go.  Is there also an Indian restaurant.  Many thanks.  Julie

Hi and welcome to the forum  Try typing your key words into the search facilty and it will bring up loads of information on the topics you're asking about.

You get a better exchange rate in Kalkan so just bring enough Lira for the first day or so.  You can change sterling at the Post Office, banks or some of the Jewellers and tourist shops. there are several ATM machines in Kalkan.
There is no Indian restaurant, unless one has opened recently, but there is a Chinese.
Just read the Dining out section for info on the numerous restaurants in Kalkan.
