I've been told I can use my ( new visa ) over a period of 180 days.
I was last in Kalkan From 24/06/13 to 15/07/13.: 21days
I'm going again for 1 week 28/09/13 to 05/10/13 :7 days.
Is this correct, I'm under the impression that I need a new visa.

The visa lasts 180 days during which you can spend up to 90 days in Turkey. You will be well inside both these figures so you should just be using the same visa you used in June.
