Trip from Kalkan to Rhodes

Hi
I have a guest who would like to travel from Fethiye to Rhodes via the ferry in November. Does anyone know if this is possible out of season? Or if not, anything similar.
In addition, does anyone know if the Kas - Meis trip runs in November?
Any info would be gratefully received  :)
