Lounge at Dalaman Airport

I have heard that there is a lounge at Dalaman Airport which is worth using as food and some drinks are available and it works out cheaper than the main airport. Can anyone confirm this and is it worth thinking about? If so, can we pay on the day or should we pre-book? Grateful for any advice.

The price per person is 30 Turkish lira and you can also pay by euro,pound,dolar or credit card when you arrived at cip lounge.
Under two years old children are free of charge and over three hours usage is subjected to second payment.
The price includes unlimited soft drinks and unlimited snacks.
You only pay for alcoholic drinks if you want to drink something with alcohol.
Also we have daily newspapers,information boards for your flights,internet,smoking and non smoking areas and wi-fi connection.
We have not got price for non include items we have unique price........

Tried it 2 weeks ago as we had a 4hrs delay, we paid the 30TL each and had plenty of tea & coffee offered  but the food which is a buffet was dried up and had obviously been on the table for some considerable time. We were served some dried up cake with our hot drinks, and you can help yourself to cold drinks sprite etc. Our flight should have been at 18.30hrs.
 There is internet access, the seats are comfortable and the television was on constantly.  However not sure we would pay again unless we had another delay because the comfort was worth it, having had a long day and just wanted to get going by then. 

The flight information boards were out of order at that time.
