Villas near old town

Can anyone recommend a villa with a pool , not too high up within easy walk of the old town. Two bedrooms and air con . For two weeks next June .

There aren't many two bedroom villas in town with pools but have a look at the Dere development near White House/Courtyard there are a few good size 2 bed apartments and villas in this complex. If you are here now, best walk around the area you want to stay, look at a few places (most have their name on the outside) then search for them by name on Owners Direct or Holiday Lettings then contact the owners for a viewing. don't dismiss the Lykia Estate or town end of Kalamar Road as these areas are a short walking distance to town.

Have a look at TK 1039 on Owners Direct, lovely villa, does share a pool with 2 other villas but very convenient and great views.  Gets booked up quickly.  Belongs to a neighbour so we know it quite well.

Hi there,

I have a 2 bedroom poolside luxury duplex apartment in town (near the main roundabout) which has a lovely 'villa' feel.
It's called the Apartment Pearl and you can view it on the Holiday Lettings website, Home ID 281833.

Also, my friend Maria who has the BSG handbag shop, has a lovely private villa - Villa Pearl (just past Genpa supermarket, so actually in the old town). This is also on the HL website, Home ID 15532.

Hi everyone, thank you for all your help and advice but this lot are being fussy . They want to be alone !! So if we have to go upto a 3 bedded villa to get own pool we will .
