Villa for 6 near town with good views for October

Hi there, We are looking for a villa close to town as we have a 5 year old but would love great views as we are taking our friends for their anniversary. We go to kalkan every year but our friends haven't been before. Does anyone have a villa availably from 9th-17th Oct, please, at a reasonable price?
