Struggling to find a Villa - Help Needed

Hi,
After visiting Kalkan last year i fell in love and want to come back again this year.
My father in law is coming along with his brother and me and my boyfriend and is going to pay for the villa and has just decided last minute that we''re going to come again. As we''ve only just decided i am really struggling to find a villa that has 3 bedrooms and is a 10ish min walk to Kalkan within our price range of £400 - £500 price max from mid September for 2 weeks. If anyone can advise or recommend a place that is available please PM me.

I enquired of a friend who has a 3 bedroom villa and the reply was, ''I am too expensive for them - it costs about that much to pay the water, electric, pool, welcome pack and maintainance! Mine is £800 that time of year''.

I think you might be better off looking for one or two apartments with a shared pool.
