Property Description

Three bedroom detached villa with private pool The Villa Oasis is a great base to enjoy Kalkan's renowned charm and hospitality. For centuries an oasis has been synonymous with a place where you can find rest, relaxtion and hospitality, which is exactly what we want you to find during you stay.

Your own private oasis with pool and sun terraces. From the top floor terrace there are lovely views over the olive grove to Kalkan Bay and of course great mountain views. Spread spaciously over 3 floors, accommodation comprises 3 large double bedrooms, open plan living room, kitchen and dining area.

In the oasis, there are 3 small terraces surrounding the pool, including an area for alfresco dining, sun loungers and large umbrellas for lazing in the sun, and a traditional stone built barbeque. The Villa Oasis is located in a small, & select development of just 4 villas and 6 apartments known locally as Beyhan Apartments & Villas.

We use a key card system in the villa, similar to that found in hotels. When you leave the villa and remove the card key, the lights will automatically go off. Please note that this does not affect the fridge and air-conditioning or outside and pool lights.

Area description

The villa is ideally located on the Kalamar Road within walking distance of cafes and hotels such Hotel Lizo (great food aswell as great views of the bay), and Papermoon both less than 2 minutes walk away.

There is a supermarket directly opposite the villa which is very convenient to stock up on fresh bread and supplies.

To the left out of the complex towards Kalamar Bay there is Cafe Vita run by Mustafa (very reasonable & popular), approximately 5 minutes away and The Elixar Hotel. Also nearby is The Asfiya Hotel a few minutes walk away on the way into town, great for a Turkish Bath. 

It is about a 10 to 15 minute downhill stroll to the centre of Kalkan and a further few minutes to the harbour restaurants and beach area. We prefer to walk into town and take the short taxi ride home after dinner and shopping!

Cancellation policy

In the case of cancellation 8 weeks or more to departure a loss of deposit only will apply, if cancellation is within 8 weeks of departure a sliding scale refund will apply.

Deposits

A deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
