Once the summer season is under way we will be distributing more boxes to other work places as well.
 
I think this alone shows that Kalkan businesses in general care for the street animals and realize that healthy animals (even if there are too many of them) are better for the image of Kalkan than sick and starving ones such as those seen in many other touristic destinations around the world.
 
We do not generally place collecting boxes in restaurants and hotels or other places where the staff rely on tips because this would be insensitive and could cause resentment. However, the number of fantastic prizes such as meals for two, free car hire, beauty treatments etc (to name but a few) donated for Kapsa for the regular coffee Morning raffles show just how generously Kalkan businesses support Kapsa and Kalkan street animals.

I will be very happy to donate if this is to enforce the sensible programme identified to ensure health and safety of both dogs and people. Does Kaspa support this programme and will be working with the authorities to implement?
