Evenings in Kalkan
« on: May 26, 2010, 07:31:16 PM »
My husband and I will be in Kalkan for 2 weeks in July, can you tell me what the
night life is like (i dont mean night clubs) we like the turkish dancing in the bars etc
or is it fairly quiet on a night. We have been to many other resorts in Turkey and we
are looking forward to Kalkan.

The evenings in Kalkan are magical, romantic, relaxing, unrowdy and fun. You will soak up a beautiful atmosphere, and you will enjoy the most exquisite food and hospitality! Have a great time.

Hi,
It is very relaxed, friendly and wonderful food. You might like to go to one of the Turkish nights for the dancing. The one at the Samira Hotel has been very good over the last few years and includes an elaborate buffet. Just book at hotel reception, you don't have to be a resident.

The Nur Hotel has a live band on Thursdays playing blues and rock and maybe more traditional music on other evenings. Look out for the info board outside the hotel.  8)
