Hi Neil, Don't know the villa at all but if it's close to the market, it's in a great location.  Had a look at the website, it looks very nice and is very reasonably priced for a detached villa with private pool.  Cheaper than a lot of apartments.  If you're interested I wouldn't think too long about it, at that price!

Going off the pics it looks like it could be just behind the Emir apts, the apts in front are a yellow/cream colour, with red tile roofs, hopefully it wont be too far from the Swan for the world cup ! ;D ;)

Hi Neil
we've looked at this villa too, but can't quite work out where it is. I think it's further up than Emir, though - a good stiff uphill walk from the Swan, which I suspect you will be undertaking most days... ;D
If you do book it, I'd be interested to know where it is actually situated as it could be ideal for a couple of friends of ours who are looking to come out in October.

Hiya K4E,I have emailed the owner and he says the villa is just down from the green school and opposite the market,I have looked on google earth and found two places that could be the villa going off the pics.  ;D
Maybe someone who is in Kalkan at the moment will come across the villa on their wanders ?

Hi,
Stayed at Villa Yasmin last Sept 09 for 2 weeks. Had a good holiday but villa not quite what we expected. It is really the lower ground floor and part of the first floor of another villa so people are above you and to the rear of you. Not too much of a problem as their pool is on the other side of the building and their entrance is off the higher level street (bit like a nice 'back to back'). The photos are a bit deceptive. The accommodation is ok, clean and very liveable with one room on ground floor at pool level next to main bathroom and other bedrroom on upper floor. Good exercise down to the town and a steep walk back but who cares after a few efes and raki, torch handy though for taking the back paths. Pool is great but no shallow end for children. Bread delivered every day and weekly market just round the corner. If you need any more info let me know.

By the way, wasn't meaning to knock the villa as at the price , it is far better than an apartment and we did enjoy the holiday. Neighbours during our stay were no problem at all.
