I am collecting the vehicle from an airport, what do I do?

An EnjoyKalkan / Adda Tours representative shall be waiting at the airport for you outside the arrivals area holding a sign displaying your parties name

What is the total price and when do I pay?

The total price of your booking is number of days required multiplied by the cost of the vehicle selected. This includes full insurance however you may select tyre and windscreen waiver protection at an additional £2 per day. Payment should be made upon collection of your vehicle, payment in sterling is preferred to avoid any currency fluctuations.

How do I return the vehicle to the airport?

An EnjoyKalkan / AddaTours representative shall be waiting for you at the airport departures area. If you are not able to find the representative and do not have time to telephone us, please park the vehicle in the airport car park, leaving the exit card and key under the left hand mat. Please do not lock the vehicle.

I have a problem with my booking, what should I do?
